Delivery Details

Deliveries are made on normal working days, Monday to Friday. To ensure your delivery arrives in the best possible condition by the most appropriate method to suit your needs, we dispatch all of our deliveries using either a courier or Canada Post First Class Parcel Post.

Wherever possible we will use a service that requires a signature on receipt of the order. We also recommend sending deliveries to work address if appropriate.

Wherever possible Canada parcels will be sent using Post Office recorded delivery

Wherever possible overseas packets will go using the Canada Post or UPS service for Europe and USA only.

For deliveries from outside of Canada ,,, the customer will need to be responsible for settling any duty or taxes. We will disclose the details on the packet when we send them.

Standard Deliveries -Our standard Canada delivery service offers delivery within 3-5 working days of placing your order. At peak times delivery may take longer. If your order is over $50 delivery is FREE within Canada

Premium Deliveries - We also offer a premium Canada delivery service whereby any orders placed before noon Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day or on a particular specified day (excluding bank holidays) by our specified courier. If a premium order is dispatched on a Friday, please note we don't deliver on Saturdays so you will receive the order on the following Monday.

All our products are created with natural ingredients and while we make every effort to ensure full availability we are sometimes subject to seasonal fluctuations in both supply and price.
